Basic Info

• Device name: Click to modify the device name.

• Remark: Add remark for the device.

• Model: The device model.

• IMEI: The unique identifier for the device.

• Assigned customer: The superior customer who owns the device.

• Number of channels: The number of cameras on the device.

• Allow superiors to view video: When enabled, the superior customer can view the device’s historical video recordings.

• Timezone: Set the device’s timezone.
  
  

  • a. Save the configured platform timezone.
  • b. Sync the platform timezone to the device.

  Note

  Failing to set the device timezone may lead to issues such as being unable to upload AI alert files, historical videos, or location tracks, and may cause incorrect location timestamps.

• Icon: Set the device icon. After setting, the icon for the device’s location point on the map will be updated accordingly.

Activation Info

• The device’s activation information, including: License Number, Activation Time, Expiration Time, and ICCID.
