A customized rule is a complex set of rules that combines alerts, geofences, and time limits. It is not simply judging based on the raw data reported by the device.

  • Illegal Loading and Unloading

    Customized Rule

  • Vehicle Use Outside Working Hours

    Customized Rule

Customized rules can be applied to specific devices or all devices.

Customized rules must be triggered by one or more alerts.

When the data reported by the device meets the set rule for 1 minute, a rule trigger prompt will pop up according to the configuration. A customized rule trigger record will be generated, which can be viewed in the rule report.

In the case of multiple alert types, each corresponding alert will trigger the customized rule. When multiple customized rules for the same device are triggered simultaneously, they will be executed in the order of their trigger time.

Customized rules can upload corresponding alert videos through the history video function. These videos can be viewed in the rule report.
