Alert

These are generated by the device itself based on its built-in hardware or firmware logic, such as speeding or blind spot detection. A device will report these alerts regardless of the platform it is connected to.

Platform-calculated alerts are generated by the platform based on secondary calculations of data reported by the device. The calculation rules and alert types may differ between platforms.

Administrators can configure these alerts in the Customer Management System (CMS) according to business needs. They are sent immediately when trigger conditions are met.

Users can configure complex rules in the Customer Management System (CMS) based on devices, alerts, and geofences. When a rule is triggered, the system sends an alert notification.
