Only statistics for alerts from devices installed on vehicles are counted. You can freely switch the query time range (Today, Yesterday, This Week, Last Week, This Month, Last Month).

The time range includes Today, Yesterday, This Week, Last Week, This Month, Last Month.

Hovering the mouse over the upper right corner of the custom module will display an edit button. Clicking it will pop up an edit window.

  • Alert Type: The range of fleet device alerts to be queried, multiple selections are allowed.

The left side displays a table of records for passengers getting on and off, and the right side shows the corresponding map of boarding and alighting locations/passenger counts.

Supports querying data for up to 31 days at a time. This table is a simplified view of the report, showing only two columns of data: the number of passengers getting on and the number of passengers getting off. Both numerical values have a hyperlink function. Clicking any number will trigger a map pop-up, displaying detailed information about the corresponding distribution point (including the number of passengers getting on, the number of passengers getting off, the start and end times of the event, and the specific location).

The format for a single point marker is Number of passengers on | Number of passengers off. Due to map display space limitations, only three-digit numbers can be fully displayed; four-digit and larger numbers may not be fully visible.

  • Normal Point: Clicking it will pop up an information window, fully displaying the number of passengers on and off at that point, the start and end times of the event, and the detailed geographical location.
  • Cluster Point: When the map zoom level is low, the system will automatically merge multiple nearby record points into a single cluster point. Clicking a cluster point will display pagination in the pop-up, indicating that the point is an aggregation of multiple records. The number of passengers on and off displayed on the map marker is the sum of the values of all records within the cluster point.
  • Zoom In (Windows system: scroll the middle mouse button forward): Increases the map resolution, which may split cluster points into multiple sub-cluster points or restore them to normal points. For example, a cluster area originally with 29 points might be broken down into 3 cluster points (containing 10/9/10 records respectively) and several normal points after zooming in.
  • Zoom Out (Windows system: scroll the middle mouse button backward): Decreases the map resolution, causing nearby points (including cluster points and normal points) to merge into larger cluster points.
